Charges

How long does a charge last?

Most people re-charge their items every quarter. Summer and Winter
solstice and Spring and Autumn equinox. You don't have to stick to this
schedule, especially if you feel an item(s) needs recharging sooner.

Herbs last from 8 to 12 months in storage. In magickal use, they last
for up to 3 months.

Candles kept in storage can last a long long time as long as they are
kept cool and dry. Candles kept on the altar should be burnt/used. You
could burn altar candles upon the quarters to symbolically burn away the
debris / negativity which may have accrued over the 3 months.
